Salehoo Review - Overall

Salehoo impressed me with their forum, Research and Analysis lab and their learning zone. To begin with, the forum contains over 30,000 members and when the Salehoo members can't answer your question, someone on the Salehoo staff will. The forum rocks and is a great place to learn tips and secrets from people who have been with Salehoo a lot longer.

The Research and Analysis lab is an incredible tool that we had no idea was there until we joined. It's really simple. You enter the name of an item you're thinking about promoting and then it returns data, pretty much telling you whether or not that item is worth your time. It tells you the demand for the product, the competition you would have selling the product, the current Ebay pricing on that prod cut and more... the bottom line is that it's awesome.

What's awesome is that when checking out supplier's details, you can see their website, rating, contact info, location, whether they send internationally and more. You can also add suppliers or recent searches you "your favorites" list which is really useful for keeping track of things.

The Learning and Training center goes over, finding suppliers, importing and shipping, selling on Ebay, setting up your business, scam prevention, and more. More specifically, it goes over learning Ebay for beginners to becoming an advance Ebay seller and contains tips that most have to learn over the years. It's pretty sweet.

Salehoo's not for you if you're expecting to sign up, do nothing and watch the money come flying. Dropshipping and Wholesaling are active businesses that require you to stay active. It's not one of those home businesses that runs themselves, but if you're ready learn from the Salehoo forum, choose products to sell from the Salehoo directory, and then list them on Ebay, you'll be making money in no time. If you have previous experience with Ebay, you can start making money within a day.

 Salehoo Review - Customer Service

Salehoo's customer service is incredible. Normally when products have one-time payment memberships, you can't expect much out of the customer service because you're not paying the company regularly, but Salehoo was an exception.

You don't need to contact them but when you do email them, they respond within a day with information that actually helps. You don't get some generic autoresponse.

The User Forum is honestly all the customer service you need. Customer service by not just Salehoo staff but also customers, is great. The best place to go for questions is the user forum, but if you have a personal question to do with your account, then contacting Salehoo directly is definitely the way to go.

In terms of customer Service the Salehoo system is perfect. So if you're one of those people who learns best from others, then you're definitely not going to have a problem with Salehoo.   

 Salehoo Review - My Advice

I definitely recommend that you have experience buying and selling on Ebay before you even think about buying Salehoo. Learning how the dropshipping and wholesaling process works is complicated enough as it is. Learning how to use Ebay, getting used to how the system works, and making your first sale on Ebay is another thing.

Have a good standing Ebay account before you start selling products from the Salehoo directory. I say this because, if you have an Ebay account with a bad feedback rating or less than 10 feedback rating points, you're not going to get as much for the product you're selling as you could. Most Ebayers are weary of new Ebayers, it's just how things are.

Start with dropshipping then move in to wholesaling once you become more comfortable with the whole process. Dropshipping doesn't require you to buy anything ahead of time while wholesaling does. If you don't know what you're doing, you can lose a lot of money as a wholesaler, but with dropshipping, that risk isn't there.

My Advice is that there's a 56-day refund policy, so honestly, you can't go wrong with this program. Give it a try and either you'll make a lot of money, or you'll learn a lot and then get your money back. Good luck.
